§ 15.17. Fees.

To defray a portion of the costs occasioned thereby, no appeal from a decision of the zoning administrator, and no application for an exception, variance or other matter, shall be heard or ruled upon by the board until the applicant has paid the appropriate fee in accordance with the Schedule of Fees adopted by the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners and provided in Appendix "A" to this article, as such fees may be changed from time to time by resolution of the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners.
