§ 4.2. Use of definitions.

For the purpose of this ordinance, certain words or terms are defined as indicated in this article. These definitions and all other provisions of this ordinance are subject to the rules of interpretation as listed below. Any words or terms not herein defined shall be as defined elsewhere in the zoning ordinance or, if not defined elsewhere in the ordinance, as defined in Webster's New World Dictionary of the American Language, Second College Edition, the said definition to be read in context with the purposes and provision of part of the ordinance it is being used to define.
