§ 5.12. Requirements of the Cherokee County Development Standards, the Cherokee County Soil Sedimentation and Control Ordinance, and the Cherokee County Flood Plain Regulation Ordinance.

The Cherokee County Development Standards, also known as Regulations, and as may be amended; the Cherokee County Soil Sedimentation and Control Ordinance, and as may be amended; and the Cherokee County Floodplain Regulation Ordinance, and as may be amended, are incorporated herein and are made a part of this ordinance for all purposes, including but not limited to interpretation, enforcement and penalties. As between two conflicting provisions, the zoning ordinance shall control.
